grey and coral //

I have spent far too long on deciding on whether this was a coral and grey palette, ( which was the final decision ), or a peach and grey.  Either way I am in LOVE with this classic feminine combination of colours and love the idea of the boys in grey suits.  There are so many gorgeous floral option to complement this…think peonies, roses and ranunculus.  I really think you can’t go wrong whatever you want to call this palette.

Now I am looking at it, I am thinking maybe its apricot and grey… hmmmm.  Thoughts?

On a different note, I brought my first bridal magazine yesterday for research.  Usually anti the traditional glossy and dare I say it ‘fru fru’ bridal magazines…I discovered White Magazine and it has changed my mind entirely. This Australian quarterly is refreshing, honest and inspiring.  Offering practical information, a great section for the groom, plenty of real life weddings,  and my favourite where  they interview and share the insights of a couple, this time Jeune and Frank who exchanged vows in 1952.  Bless. The White Magazine website is well worth a look if you can’t get your hands on a copy ( I’ll be sending mine over to a certain bride in NZ who I know will love it ).     There are also free planning tools on their website which is always a bonus.

Thanks for reading..

*’fru fru’ may or may not be a real word.
